Declan is experienced in the investigation, assessment and remediation of contaminated land having successfully worked on a number of key industrial brownfield site projects over his career to date. His experience is multidisciplinary from project management to designing and overseeing site investigations, undertaking technical and environmental due diligence, assessments including examination of potential environmental liabilities to site restoration.
