Declan has extensive experience in environmental management and regulatory compliance of a wide range of industries. Having previously worked as a IPPC Consultant and Regulatory Manager for pharmaceutical, mining, timber processing, waste management and agri-industry regulated Industries throughout Ireland.

Declan provides the experience required in preparing and submitting integrated pollution prevention and control licences (IPPC) and waste licences for a range of industries and clients and is a registered Environmental Auditor.

Declan has a well established relationship with the EPA and understands how the organisation operates and can provide guidance, assistance and representation to companies when dealing with the EPA.
